We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Review professional to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing entity information, scrubbing data, and coding in specific programs. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

• Review and analyze entity information accurately.
• Scrub data to ensure its integrity and accuracy.
• Code data in either HIG program or Excel as per the given instructions.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies in the data.
• Maintain accurate records of all reviewed and scrubbed data.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within the given timeline.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in drafting legal documents when necessary.
• Continuously update knowledge on the HIG program and Excel for efficient performance.
• Adhere to all data privacy and security guidelines.

• No minimum years of experience required
• Necessary skills: Ability to draft legal documents
• Availability to start immediately
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience in a legal environment is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
