JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a licensed Optometrist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent eye care services, including routine eye examinations, diagnosing visual disorders, and prescribing corrective lenses.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
  • Experience in child care optometry, senior care, optical sales, and patient care

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess patients’ vision and eye health
  • Diagnose and treat visual disorders, such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism
  • Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other visual aids as needed
  • Detect and manage eye diseases like glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetic retinopathy
  • Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries
  • Educate patients on proper eye care practices
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care
