DOCTORAL RESEARCHER IN EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY
to join in the “The Power of Teachers’ Online Mentorship for AI Partnership (Power T/A)” project at the Faculty of Education and Psychology at the University of Oulu (Finland).
The Power of Teachers’ Online Mentorship for AI Partnership (Power T/A) project, funded by the Research Council of Finland, aims to explore the integration of AI-based technologies into teacher mentorship and instructional activities. The project focuses on understanding how AI tools can enhance teachers’ professional development, particularly through online mentorship, and how they can be leveraged to support teaching practices in diverse educational contexts. By analyzing the experiences of pre-service and in-service teachers, the project seeks to identify best practices for the effective use of AI in education, ultimately contributing to the advancement of teacher training on both national and international scales.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods, with the ability to apply these techniques to educational research.
- Familiarity with the Finnish K-12 educational system and its structure, policies, and practices.
- A strong interest in exploring the affordances of AI-based applications in education, particularly how they can enhance teaching and learning processes.
