Job Description:
We are currently searching for a Document Controller in our Edmonton office.
The successful candidate will assist a major project delivery team with document control management. As the ideal candidate, you are an excellent communicator with effective organizational skills, capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks while meeting critical deadlines. Your abilities will be strengthened through your exposure to a variety of engineering disciplines and subconsultants. The position will also provide you with autonomy as you will be required to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements:
What you will bring:
- A diploma in office administration or equivalent years of experience in supporting information management, engineering, and/or project management.
- Experience working with an EDMS such as Aconex, SharePoint, Google, ProjectWise and/or Procore is an asset.
- Proficiency in the MS Office software suite, including advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, on time-sensitive activities.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication abilities.
