Description:

Our client, a high-performing Corporate Services Team is looking for a Document Controller for their Birmingham office.
As the Document Controller, you will ensure the smooth operation of office services and collaborate with clients to deliver a high-performing workplace.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong technical skills, proficient in Microsoft Office suite

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solution-oriented and quick learner
    Hours: 35 hours per week, various shifts between 08:00 – 19:00 (flexible for short-notice changes).
    This is a full-time office-based role in the Birmingham City Centre, please only apply if you are happy to be in the office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Courier and Deliveries Management: Accept and manage courier deliveries promptly.
  • Records Management: Ensure compliance with records procedures, accurately record movement, and manage disposal of records.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer requests and enquiries effectively, aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Stock Management: Order and manage stock efficiently.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure GDPR and Information Security compliance.
  • Flexibility and Teamwork: Maintain shift flexibility, support colleagues, and undertake ad hoc tasks.
