Document Controller (Engineering)

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in marine/ offshore industry
• Knowledge of functional and operational requirements related to machinery/ equipment of rigs/ vessels
• Consciousness of project documentation schedule and documentation requirements
• Knowledge of Project Engineering document control
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organization skill on documentation control
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skill
  Our Address and Working Hours:

• Compile engineering drawings progress/ status of all projects regularly for management information/ review
• Assist Project Engineer (s) in the arrangement/ compilation of documentation
• Assist Project Engineer (s) in general project works as and when necessary
• Assist in Project Administration documentation works as and when necessary
• Work closely with the Section Manager/ Assistant Section Manager/ Project Engineer to improve the documentation flow and
• Working closely with the Project Engineer and actively liaise with production department/ Project Management Department/ Owner/ vendors/ Consultants/ Class & Regulatory Bodies as required to process documentation flow and delivery.
