Job Description
We are seeking for a Document Controller (m/f/d) to join our team in Zurich. This role is varied and challenging, and will involve working with internal and client document control teams to provide project governance, auditing and administrative support in line with regulatory standards and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the implementation of integrated document control systems.
  • Strong IT user skills, advanced in MS Office.
  • Systems management experience.
  • Skilled in presenting to groups and delivering training in a variety of mediums.
  • Can work flexibly and adaptably.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Fluent in English, min. B2 German language level.
    Additional Information

Responsibilities:

  • To provide support for the implementation and roll-out of a company wide document management system.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all queries and requests relating to the system.
  • Organise and undertake regular training sessions on the purpose and use of the system for new users and refresher training for existing users.
  • Undertake regular checks on file / document links across the system and fix as required.
  • Prepare and update training packs, system user guides and quick reference sheets.
  • Undertake weekly compliance audits with regards to file naming, file storage locations, user access.
  • Create new project sites and assign users.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and information on system usage, compliance and assist with ad-hoc requests relating to user activity.
