DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION SPECIALIST.

We are seeking an experienced Document Management and Digital Transformation Specialist with a robust engineering background, workflow-building expertise, and a consultative approach to digital transformation. This role involves collaborating with clients to guide them in modernizing and streamlining their digital transformation processes. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in both technical implementation and client consultation, driving digital transformation initiatives and helping clients adopt innovative document management solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience with document management systems, specifically Canon Therefore, Laserfiche, Documentum, or similar platforms.
  • Proven expertise in workflow engineering and process automation, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience consulting with clients or stakeholders on digital documentation and process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of document control, records management, and data security.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to document management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and training.

PREFERED SKILLS:

  • Certification in document management software (Laserfiche, Documentum, or others) is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of automation tools, data integration, and APIs for enhancing document management systems.
  • Experience working within or consulting for industries with strict regulatory or compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain document management systems such as Laserfiche, Documentum, or similar software, ensuring they are optimized for efficiency, security, and accessibility.
  • Consult with clients to assess their workflows and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Design, configure, and implement automated document workflows that enhance efficiency and align with clients’ business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practices for digital documentation, records management, and compliance.
  • Conduct in-depth technical analyses and develop recommendations for clients to transition from legacy systems to modern document management solutions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, provide advanced user support, and train clients in best practices to maximize system adoption and usability.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies for both internal and client systems.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions, empowering clients to use document management tools effectively and make the most of new digital workflows.
