YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong understanding of document control system and processes
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proven experience in document or record management
  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs, preferably Microsoft Teams Proficiency
  • Meticulous approach to managing documents in different languages
  • Ability communicate effectively with team members and other department
  • Fluent in German and English, preferably with exposure to a bilingual contractual environment
  • Capability to manage multiple projects or and prioritizing task

Responsibilities:

  • Administrate collaboration platform for contract revisions and drafting purposes and a documentation sharing platform and ensuring a proper distribution of documents and other related information
  • Collaborate and maintain with IT and other departments the document management systems integrity and train and provide guidelines to colleagues on how to use sharing/collaboration platform
  • Implement and ensure a documentation process and publishing process
  • Organise and manage the internal Archiving system
  • Provide final approval on documents in the publishing process by ensuring all documents are accurate, complete and properly formatted
  • Develop and organize a record of documentation for KPI Purposes
  • Support KPI Analysis and Process Optimization
  • Support Team Lead as well as Contract Development Specialist
  • Coordinate Training and Training Content for the Team
