- Leaving certificate or Leve 5 with experience in an administrative role an advantage.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Microsoft office skills a distinct advantage

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE:
The Model Shop Team are delighted to offer the position of an Administrative DA role. The successful candidate will work alongside our current administrator as well as the wider model shop team completing various activities that contribute to the successful running of the model shop.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administration of internal model shop ordering system (Service Now) to assign work orders between design team, internal build and external vendors.
- Preparing quotation requests for external tooling builds. Ensuring all relevant manufacturing part files from Windchill and Capture are transferred to the vendors using file transfer software (FTP).
- Review vendor quotations and engage in pricing negotiations where deemed necessary
- Using MyBuy S4 to create purchase orders.
- Preparing shipping requests and shipments of tooling/parts to be distributed to vendors for modification or reference.
- Adding new vendors onto MyBuy S4 as required. Preparing all required vendor information and documentation where necessary
- Weekly ordering of consumables, raw materials and standard parts. Working with design team to establish details of standard parts to be ordered and updating of tracker with details.
- Creating chemical PO’s, requesting and uploading SDS (safety data sheet) certs online to the EHS Hub.
- Monitoring balance of blanket purchase orders and purchase card to ensure monthly budgets are not exceeded.
- Tracking tooling build orders to ensure orders are delivered on time and in accordance with the terms of the purchase order
- Checking delivery status for all externally ordered consumables, raw materials and standard parts. Collection, sorting and unpacking of deliveries.
- Analyzing order data and generating reports.
- Meeting daily with model shop team to highlight urgent orders and communicate any important information.
