Description:
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Customer service: Assist on-line customers with questions, issues, website navigation, order tracking, and complaints, via email, phone, chat etc.
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
- Mail out documents, arrange shipping
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels, including ad-hoc projects
- Contribute to and encourage others to demonstrate a team focused, values based, service culture throughout the company
- Reliable, punctual and dependable attendance
- Ability to prioritize and adhere to regulatory and internal deadlines.
- Ability to use MS Office.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Good organizational skills and time management
- Automotive experience preferred
- Prior Titling experience is a plus, but not required for the role
Responsibilities:
Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment? AutoBidMaster is looking for a Documentation Clerk to join our Documentation team! In this role, you’ll handle vehicle titles and paperwork with precision, ensuring everything is processed correctly and on time.
You’ll work closely with customers, auction support teams, and logistics to manage title inquiries and provide top-tier support. A strong understanding of state-specific vehicle registration and title laws is a plus, but we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
This position requires a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and confident communication—you’ll be helping customers navigate their title process while ensuring compliance with regulations. As one of the first points of contact for our members, professionalism and a customer-focused approach are key.
