ABOUT US:

We are a growing distribution company specializing in the nutrition industry. We are seeking a Documentation & Warehouse Clerk to assist with documentation, inventory coordination, and general warehouse operations.
This is an entry-level position, ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable handling both administrative documentation tasks and hands-on warehouse duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a valid work permit to work in Canada (Permanent Resident or Citizen preferred).
  • No prior experience required, but experience in procurement, logistics, or warehouse operations is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of international business or warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
  • Physically capable of lifting, moving, and handling warehouse materials (up to 50 lbs may be required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or procurement software (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and managing procurement documentation.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, including copying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Verify order accuracy and track order status with suppliers.
  • Maintain and organize supplier documentation and procurement records.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for incoming shipments and inventory management.
  • Support customs and compliance documentation for imports/exports.
  • Perform inventory checks and assist with stock organization.
  • Warehouse labor tasks, including:
  • Receiving, unloading, and storing materials.
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
  • Moving and handling heavy items as needed (lifting required).
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Work closely with the Procurement & Sourcing Specialist and warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
