Description:
ABOUT US:
We are a growing distribution company specializing in the nutrition industry. We are seeking a Documentation & Warehouse Clerk to assist with documentation, inventory coordination, and general warehouse operations.
This is an entry-level position, ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable handling both administrative documentation tasks and hands-on warehouse duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a valid work permit to work in Canada (Permanent Resident or Citizen preferred).
- No prior experience required, but experience in procurement, logistics, or warehouse operations is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of international business or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
- Physically capable of lifting, moving, and handling warehouse materials (up to 50 lbs may be required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or procurement software (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and managing procurement documentation.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including copying, scanning, and data entry.
- Verify order accuracy and track order status with suppliers.
- Maintain and organize supplier documentation and procurement records.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for incoming shipments and inventory management.
- Support customs and compliance documentation for imports/exports.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with stock organization.
- Warehouse labor tasks, including:
- Receiving, unloading, and storing materials.
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Moving and handling heavy items as needed (lifting required).
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Work closely with the Procurement & Sourcing Specialist and warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
