Description:
JOB SCOPE:
- Provided comprehensive nursing care in accordance with DOH standards and protocols.
- Assisted in patient assessments, treatment planning, and medication administration.
- Managed patients with chronic conditions, post-surgical recovery, and acute illnesses.
- Monitored and documented vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.
- Ensured infection control and hygiene compliance within the hospital environment.
- Assisted physicians during medical procedures and emergency interventions.
- Educated patients and families on disease prevention, medication adherence, and post-hospital care.
- Participated in health programs, vaccination campaigns, and community healthcare initiatives.
