You have

• A broad IT background with an understanding of IT terminology and technical domains.
• At least 5 years of experience as a solution architect or a similar role within the digital workplace area.
• Deep knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, including services such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, as well as Windows 10/11, SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, EM+S and MS Purview. Competence within generative AI, IAM and IT security is an extra plus.
• An interest in new technology related to our domain and their business implications.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.

As a domain architect, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing Lantmännen’s architecture principles within the digital workplace domain. Your primary focus will be on Microsoft-based workplace services such as SCCM/Intune, Windows 365 AD, Entra ID, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Purview and the M365 platform incl Microsoft Copilot. By participating in the Architecture Review Board, you will ensure that our principles, guidelines, and processes are consistently applied across all projects and solutions.
Your role involves shaping the strategy for modernizing Lantmännen’s digital workplace and actively participating in initiating and supporting projects to achieve this vision. You will collaborate with various teams, fostering internal partnerships as we are growing into several related cloud services in parallel (Azure, Power Platform/BI, Dynamics etc). Keeping abreast of technological advancements and integrating relevant updates into our roadmaps will ensure our solutions remain current and effective.
In addition, you will provide technical leadership, assisting our IT Solution specialists to comply with information security guidelines. You will document architectural views of existing and future solutions and plan the roadmap for our initiatives. By influencing stakeholders and driving consensus, you will work towards achieving desired outcomes and enhancing our digital workplace capabilities.
You will be based in Stockholm or Malmö and report to the Digital Workplace Solutions Manager.
