About the Role
As a Domestic Assistant, you’ll be a lifeline for our service recipients, helping with essential household tasks like bed making, cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, ironing, meal preparation, and unaccompanied shopping. You’ll ensure their homes are clean, hygienic, and welcoming, tailored to their needs and preferences.
As a Domestic Assistant, you’ll enjoy flexible work hours that fit around school hours from Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability required.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent Communication: You’re a great listener and clear communicator.
• Independence: You can work on your own with minimal supervision.
• Reliability: Access to a well-maintained and insured car.
• Licensing: A current and unrestricted Australian Driver’s License.
• Organized: Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet, or willing to learn.
• Physical Fitness: Able to perform manual handling tasks safely.
