Description:

The purpose of this role is to support the Assistant Domestic Coordinator in providing Domestic Services within the Halls of Residence. You will have line management responsibility for staff and will be required to ensure that the domestic team meets the agreed standards of service to support the student experience and to deliver vacation commercial business.
This is an opportunity to build on skills to be successful as a supervisor. Applicants should be able to exhibit proven skills and knowledge of working within a facilities management or hospitality service on a similar scope and scale. You will be expected to demonstrate sound health and safety awareness required for the role. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and people management skills and ideally have a good understanding of IT (although training can be provided to work with bespoke software) You should also possess a naturally positive attitude towards change and problem solving in a customer-focussed environment.
This job is not available for hybrid or flexible working.
