Description:
Domestic Supervisor wanted for a busy 58 bed Nursing Home. The right candidate would be responsible for ensuring that quality and hygiene standards are met and that a first class cleaning and laundry service is delivered in all aspects of the Nursing Home. You would manage a team of Domestic Assistants and Laundry Personnel and organise work rotas for the two departments. You need to ensure all equipment is in working order and ready for use and arrange maintenance of same when required. A good Working knowledge of all regulations relating to the correct use of cleaning equipment and products is a essential for this role.
The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar role and be capable of running an efficient team.
Fluent English and previous experience in a busy working environment is essential
