As the Domestic Violence Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in individuals’ lives, making a significant impact through:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of RFP’s for contracts and renewals for the Domestic Violence Program. Prepare and submit all reports to funders for the Domestic Violence Program.
- Participate in community and state-wide boards and committees related to the Domestic Violence Program and attend professional meetings and conferences. Ensure that staff will have professional training opportunities.
- Provide coverage for the 24/7 crisis hotline as additional staff are needed for intakes or emergencies, during a staff vacancy, or when a staff member is unable to cover due to illness, etc
- Provide direct services to victims of domestic violence, including: running support groups, legal advocacy, referrals, transportation assistance, emergency assistance, counseling by phone and in person, and safety planning
- Deliver goods and services through use of a personal vehicle
Domestic Violence Program Director Minimum Salary: $58,500
Domestic Violence Program Director Maximum Salary: $62,500
Domestic Violence Program Director Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30-4:00
Thursday 8:30-6:30
