Description:
Donor Alliance is hiring a Donation Consultant in Denver! The Donation Consultant is responsible for the daily delivery of services that develop, market, implement and monitor policies, procedures, strategies, and best practices enhancing organ and tissue donations within assigned hospitals. The Donation Consultant is responsible for the development and maintenance of strong working relationships with physicians and key hospital contacts; thereby increasing the visibility of Donor Alliance, promoting organ and tissue donation and ultimately maximizing and increasing the referral of potential donors. In addition, the Donation Consultant develops profiles describing the flow of decision making within the hospital as it affects the process of donor activity. Assessment of client needs will be conducted, strategies and action steps will be developed and implemented to maximize donation.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, nursing, behavioral science, public relations and/or equivalent work experience required.
- Two years sales, marketing, academic teaching in a healthcare or healthcare marketing required.
- Ability to utilize interpersonal communication skills to motivate individuals into actions which will promote the delivery of the option of organ and tissue donation to families.
- Demonstrated strong public speaking abilities, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to practice a high degree of autonomy in a self-directed manner, demonstrating innovation and creativity in problem solving, sound critical analysis and judgment.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Proficiency in the use of computer equipment and software, including but not limited to, Windows environment (Word, Excel, Outlook – Intermediate to Advanced skills) required.
Compensation:
- $60,147-$67,666, exempt
Additional Compensation:
- Variable Pay Bonus Plan, per plan document
