Description:
The ideal candidate is passionate about the hospitality business. He / she is service oriented, passionate and willing to grow professionally. He / she is professional and loves to be in contact with our guests. He/She will be the first point of contact of our hotel guests and non-resident guests and will be responsible to greet them and assist them in reaching the desired hotel venue.

REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the welcome and farewell of our guests, according to the Company policies, standard and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times
- Responsible for the parking of the guest cars
- Ensure that the whole reception area is in order and well maintained
- Be informed about guest information (arrivals, departures and guests in house)
- Be informed about touristic attractions in the area and services offered by the hotel
- Work closely with the Front Office Team and offer assistance when necessary
- Coordinate luggage delivery and collection with Porters and Front Office Team
- Coordinate all drivers reaching the property
