Description:

He/She will be the first point of contact of our hotel guests and non-resident guests and will be responsible to greet them and assist them in reaching the desired hotel venue.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Driving license

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the welcome and farewell of our guests, according to the Company policies, standard and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times
  • Responsible for the parking of the guest cars
  • Ensure that the whole reception area is in order and well maintained
  • Be informed about guest information (arrivals, departures and guests in house)
  • Be informed about touristic attractions in the area and services offered by the hotel
  • Work closely with the Front Office Team and offer assistance when necessary
  • Coordinate luggage delivery and collection with Porters and Front Office Team
  • Coordinate all drivers reaching the property
