QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• An academic degree within Life Sciences, Engineering or similar.
• +2 years of demonstrated manager experience.
• Extensive experience with working in pharmaceutical production. API production experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of API/mAB processes and planning is preferred.
• Experience from larger projects is an advantage.
• Full proficiency in written and spoken English.

As a Downstream Manager in 25 L, at Novo Nordisk, your main responsibilities will be focused on:

• Manage, lead, and develop team members as part of the project organization matrix.
• Coordinate staffing and project progress in close collaboration with the downstream project work package owner up until the facility is ready for operation.
• Responsible for operational readiness within the downstream area together with the operational readiness team.
• Ensure right number and level of competencies in the team along the project phases and progressing into operations.
• Participate in commissioning and validation of new equipment
