As a DPI Project Management Apprentice, you’ll partner closely with our highly skilled and experienced team members to grow and develop your project management capabilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efforts are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

This is a 12-month program and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

  • Assist in the creation & maintenance of project plans, schedules, and status reports
  • Track project progress and report on key metrics
  • Support the execution of various project tasks and assignments
  • Support stakeholder communication – conduct discussions and follow up on action items
  • Learn and apply agile project management techniques in a digital innovation context
  • Help track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies
  • Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and decision-making
  • Learn & apply project management methodologies and best practices
  • Successful completion of the DPI career development program
  • Strong interpersonal skills, as well as communication & collaboration capabilities
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet schedules and deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task, plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments while paying close attention to detail
  • Project management experience or strong project management aptitude
