DPS DVS Chat and Data Analytics Project Manager/Business Analyst

SSeeking a high level project manager/business analyst to manage in-porgress online customer chat and multiple data analytics projects across several DPS divisions. This role will include:

• Providing leadership and coordinating for projects that will involve MNIT and DPS staff and perhaps others.
• Researching technology requirements; identifying tools and resources needed/available.
• Providing impact analysis on, for example, the call center.
• Building a list of statute, policy, and procedures necessary for a successful undertaking.
• Identifying how users would be on-boarded and supported.
• Developing a projected budget that would include initial and ongoing technology, staffing, maintenance, and support.

• Documenting how Minnesota could proceed and meet Federal requirements.Providing knowledge transfer

REQUIREMENTS

• Five (5) years of experience as a senior Project Manager
• Three (3) years of experience as a senior Business Analyst
• Two (2) years of experience working in a government setting with multiple stakeholders and users.
• Experience working with law enforcement systems and practices.Experience compiling a report for executive review.
