Drafter/ Bin Modeller (Bentley Software)

• Work in Project Team to develop and document Project Bim-Model according to Company standards and processes
• Responsible for the CAD drafting and modelling of electrical system using Bentley’s Microstation/ OpenBuilding/ Naviswork software and/ or Autodesk Revit
• Drafting of other M&E services (piping, HVAC, sanitation/ plumbing system/ power plant layouts) may also be required
• Create and modify existing engineering design and models
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and project team members
• Ensure drawing and design meet projects/ tenders deadline
• Coordinate with Clients and Consultants, construction and submission aspects of projects
• Preparation, coordination and modification of M&E drawings for tender and submission to Authorities and consultants
• Trained in Autodesk Revit and Bentley’s software
• Good knowledge of CAD/Autotodesk Revit/ Microstation/ OpenBuilding softwares
• Minium 3 years of related working experience in the M&E Construction Industry
• Those with more years of related experience and able to work independently will be considered a senior position
• Possess stron initiative, resourceful, independent and technologically forward-looking creatively identify solutions
• Independent, meticulous and demonstrate initative
• A team player
• Willing to work at Tuas area with company transportation from designation MRT station
