Your main responsibilities

  • Working in cooperation with project selected lead, engineering, and technical staff to successfully complete assigned projects.
  • Prepare accurate building envelope & structural drawings, and sketches using CAD and Revit.
  • Attendance at departmental and project meetings.
  • Provide CAD and Revit support to designers and engineers throughout the project duration.
  • Participate in regular skills training and professional development including attendance at seminars and courses.
  • Maintain expected level of client service delivery quality on projects.
  • Follow departmental processes on all engagements to successfully deliver to the client and achieve targeted project profitability

Your Profile

  • Completed diploma in Architectural Technology.
  • Be eligible and/or registered as a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.)
  • Position requires 0-5 years of experience with AutoCAD and Revit in the modelling and construction of full buildings and their components.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Revit processes and techniques to be able to deliver projects on time to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Basic knowledge architectural and structural engineering processes and technical concepts.
  • Possesses a good balance of technical and people skills.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and develop design drawings and sketches.
  • Ability to work independently in both an office environment and home office location.
  • A commitment to professional and customer service excellence.
  • Problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to communicate technical subject matter in business terms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
