QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING

• Qualified to bachelors degree level or above in the subject taught
• Qualified Teacher Status

EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum of two years’ experience teaching UK National Curriculum at Key Stage 3 and IGCSE.
• Demonstrable evidence of innovating and adapting curricular to engage children and enable them to perform highly.
• Working in partnership with parents.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• The drive to continually strive for improvement
• A flexible approach to changing circumstances
• Compassion and kindness towards others

THE ROLE

All our students – from Early Years Foundation Stage through to IGCSEs and A-levels – follow the English National Curriculum. Classroom resources are plentiful, and expectations are high for achievement for all students. Building and maintaining positive relationships with parents is essential and is a key part of maximising student progress.
