We are seeking a highly skilled Draughtsman to join our dynamic team and contribute to our prestigious projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for luxury villa projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet project specifications.
• Integrate AC, electrical, plumbing, landscape, and swimming pool systems into comprehensive designs.
• Update and modify drawings as required, ensuring compliance with UAE building codes and standards.
• Assist in reviewing designs to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draughtsman in the UAE, with a focus on luxury villa projects.
• Previous work experience with a main contractor is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of AC, electrical, plumbing, landscape, and swimming pool works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Have basic knowledge of materials to be used in uae for mep.
• Familiarity with UAE building regulations and construction standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
