At Mugari
Our Mungari Gold Operations are a cornerstone asset located 28km west from central Kalgoorlie, Western Australia (WA) and 600km east of Perth. Mungari has a predominantly residential workforce, with many living in Kalgoorlie Boulder, giving many employees the luxury of coming home every day.
Last year we announced our expansion project, a $250m investment to expand our processing mill. This investment will extend Mungari’s mine life to 15 years and double annual production to over 200,000 ounces per year post commissioning. It is an exciting time to join the Mungari Operations!

This roster will be 7:7 and a 12 hour day.
About the role
The primary purpose of this role is the day-to-day mechanical Maintenance of the Frogs Leg Underground Gold Mine Mobile drilling equipment. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the role safely performs work to ensure the reliability & availability of the plant equipment.
Personnel will be required to work in all sections of the mine, & at all times work in a safe manner, with a high standard of workmanship.
About you
It is important that you have previous experience and trade qualification as a HD Fitter and have the following attributes;
Certificate III in HD Fitting or other relevant trade qualifications
Knowledge of, and experience with maintaining underground production drills.
Dedicated to contributing towards quality work outcomes
Ability to work well within a team environment
Commitment to promoting a safe work environment at all times
Ability to work a 7:7 roster (12 hour- days and nights)
Current “C” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence
