THE POSITION:

We are now seeking an experienced Supervisor for an increase in work at one of our existing projects in the Pilbara. Reporting to the Operations Manager your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain contractual standards and reporting requirements
  • Provide effective on the job training, competency assessments
  • Co-ordinate and conduct drill crew performance appraisals, planned field breaks and leave
  • Promote high personal standards within the crews
  • Conduct and document regular inspections (safety & operational)
  • Liaise with client representatives and employees in a professional manner
  • Must be prepared to RC drill occasionally if and when required
  • Work is based on a 14:7 roster
  • must be prepared to work night shift if required

Responsibilities:
