- Develop and manage a comprehensive cocktail database within Starchef, including costings, recipes, specifications, and product images.
- Create and test new drinks to ensure they meet taste profiles and service requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and commercial teams to explore and develop new products.
- Develop market-leading cocktails and drink menus with complete support materials.
