JOB DESCRIPTION

Join Drive the Future internship program in Chile if you are a student in your last years of University or recently graduated. This is a full-time intern role in which you will receive several trainings & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service, Hearth, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence. In this opportunity the Human Resources Advisory Support team is looking a new intern.
As Human Resources intern you will have the opportunity to develop professional skills through various trainings and coaching. You will work across all lines of business providing support to HR Business Advisors, managers, and employees in Chile. In addition to focusing on activities that permit the HR Business Advisor partner to direct their efforts towards strategic advisory and consultative engagement with business leaders, the successful candidate will also be responsible for strategic HR projects.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Graduated on Commercial Engineering, Business Administration
  • Advanced English level
  • Knowledge of MS Office package
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities; operate with a sense of urgency and ambiguity
  • Strong written and oral communication skill

Responsibilities:

  • Advise and provide administrative support to HR Business Advisors, managers and employees on queries relating to HR policies, procedures and benefits
  • Support key HR initiatives
  • Support practices and policies required to meet the risk and controls environment goal
