JOB DESCRIPTION

Program participants will join the J.P. Morgan team in Argentina and will receive multiple trainings to develop professional skills in areas such as English, and soft skills such as communication, tools to achieve a good work-study balance, among others. In turn, they will also be taught the culture and structure of the company. At the same time they will join different teams of the organization, such as Legal, Operations, Finance, Economics, Business Administration.
The proposal is open to students from all universities and careers, who are at least half way into their degree, and with an intermediate / advanced level of English, with no previous work experience. We are looking for students who are eager to learn, proactive, creative, curious and self-initiated.
