About the role:
The Driver – Class 2, is responsible for delivering and picking up customer’s product in a safe way and ensuring the quality and security of the products within a designated area, and the completion of required scanning and documentation. You are also required to help other Fliway people in their jobs, when directed by Management or Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out your work as outlined in the company training modules, operations manual, policies, rules, standards, and procedures. Doing it right, first time, every time.
- Working in a helpful, friendly, and polite manner, when dealing with customers and others.
- Representing Fliway professionally, and provide great customer service
- Wearing the correct uniform and PPE that is supplied for the tasks you are doing, and to take care of them and
- your appearance so you represent Fliway professionally.
- Performing all functions in a safe manner.
- Being responsible for daily checks on the vehicle in your care.
- Driving safely and within the road conditions and obeying all traffic laws.
- Being responsible for your vehicle, and required actions involved in the pickup and delivery of the freight within the designated area or route.
- Completing all run paperwork / scanning correctly and on time – as required in the procedure for Fliway or as specified by the customer

What you Bring:
- Fit for work - lifting, pushing, pulling, movement of freight by hand and trolley is required.
- Hardworking, honest, and reliable
- Flexible in your approach - a typical day may include loading freight, driving, processing freight deliveries, doing the paperwork and providing great customer services.
- Able to manage your workload and meet deadlines.
- Organised in processing your documentation and keeping your paperwork in order.
- Good team player, with initiative and ability to perform quality work in a safe manner.
- Hold a clean HT license, minimum Class 2 is required.
- DG cert/endorsement is a preferred requirement
