Driver cum Installation Specialist

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related roles.
• Class 3 license is preferred.
• Company vehicle provided if delivery are involved. Proficiency with inventory and warehouse management software.
• Good communication & initiative skills
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving goods.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing logistics scenarios.
• Collaborative team player.
• Familiarity with safety protocols.

• Ensure workshop housekeeping is in order and Kallang Junction (HQ) has sufficient space to receive incoming goods
• Inspect goods upon arrival and report any defects
• Prepare the final configurations
• Conduct onsite installation and perform onsite survey
• Partake in the delivery process
• Perform inventory update every quarter
• Carry out tasks following given SOP (see next page) - adhering to safety protocols
• Dispatch / collection /delivery of loose items
• Purchasing of raw materials supporting other teams e.g. R&D / C&P / CR
• Adhoc installation/ replacement / dismantling of parts, not limited to chair / table/pods
