Description:
· To be personal driver of CEO as and when required
· Liaising with PR Coordinator in passing the documents to the PRO from one place to another
· Performing all tasks related to DED, Immigration, MOHRE, Tasheel, chamber of commerce and other related works
· Visiting other emirates for the work purpose such as Umm Al Qwain, Abudhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaima and Fujairah
· Getting information from government offices
· Checking P.O Box when required
· Checking Emirates post and deliver mails to clients and Admin Dept
· Forwarding the letters to the clients
· Bank payment, withdrawals and deposits
· Bank guarantee submissions
· Cash deposit
· Cheque deposit
· Visiting clients for collecting payments or documents
· Perform other related duties as and when required
Provide chauffeur services to clients and guests
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
- Valid UAE driving license (Preferred)
