Responsibilities:
We are looking for a caring and dependable Driver/Support Worker to transport adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and care needs to college, appointments, and activities. You will ensure safe travel and provide one-on-one support, helping with mobility, monitoring health, and assisting with daily needs. The people we support may display behaviours that challenge, so training will be provided. The role requires good communication, a clean driving record, and experience in caregiving. Your main goal will be to ensure individuals are comfortable, safe, and well-supported during transport and at their destinations.
