What you do:

• This position mostly supports Class 1 Professional Truck Driver recruitment – you will work closely with the Terminal Manager on identifying needs and post and search accordingly.
• Following our tight recruitment process for drivers by screening, assessing, and interviewing candidates and requesting supplemental information required
• Scheduling and organizing road tests, pre-employment tests, etc.
• Being in close contact with applicants and walking them through every step and answer all questions, you got great customer service skills!
• You will participate in job fairs, open houses, and other initiatives.
