We’re open 24/7/365 and can provide customers with a suitable vehicle and highly trained driver focused solely on their delivery. Role Overview: As a Driver Trainer at GBA Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our driving team’s skills and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Reporting to the Transport Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Maintenance and Development of Driver Induction Training Records
  • Delivery of Practical and Driver Inductions
  • Building Professional Relationships with Driving Teams
  • Monitoring Weekly Driving Performance Score
  • Supporting RTC Investigations and Retraining
  • Supporting Driver Recruitment
  • Delivery of Driver CPC Training

You:

  • Experienced LGV Class 1 Driver
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of EU and Working Time Regulations
  • RTITB qualification in assessing LGV & FLT (desirable but not essential)
  • PC literate
  • A good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
  • A professional approach displaying credibility
  • Awareness of Transport and Health and Safety legislation
