Responsibilities:

As Drives Strategy Manager, you will help shape the strategy of the Medium Voltage Drives (MVD) Division. Thereby, you will be responsible for the market & competitor analyses (incl. for new markets), lead our divisional strategic program and projects.

You will work closely with the headquarters and its management and various stakeholders across the division, such as factories, R&D and sales. In your role, you will report to the Head of Strategy & Product Portfolio Management in Medium Voltage Drives.

  • Owning the Medium Voltage Drives market model in close alignment with the Innomotics Corporate Development and alignment with market analysts
  • Researching on MVD’s competitors and conducting market intelligence
  • Coordination and further development of the strategic program within the Medium Voltage Drives organization and with regional organizations
  • Tracking existing and creating new measures to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Analysis on new markets, trends, developing market strategies and driving and tracking the implementation in the Medium Voltage Drives Division
  • Initiating, structuring and leading projects within the Medium Voltage Drives Division
  • Supporting the MVD management in the preparation of presentations
  • Supporting strategic processes and providing input for annual budgeting plans in close alignment with Innomotics’ Corporate Development
