MISCELLANEOUS REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with electric engine control
• Experience with the Python programming language
• Experience with Matlab /Simulink.
• Experience with Agile Methodology.
• Experience with an aircraft or UAM development program.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and French.
• Occasional travel required to customer sites (usually within North America).
• Possibility of assignment to customer site within the Montreal area.
• Work can be done remotely.
• For employees based in Montreal, the work model is hybrid (at least one day at the office).
• The position might require travel to visit customers (in North America)

We are currently seeking a System Engineer with experience in safety critical system development and verification. The engineer will work with the team responsible for the design and verification of the electrical propulsion system of a commercial drone. The work includes system requirements development and review, as well as requirement based verification, including developing automated test scripts / test procedures on a Hardware-In-the-Loop simulator.
