Be our in-house technical expert! Evolving Web, a Montreal-based digital agency with a team of over 100 technologists, designers, and strategists, has an immediate opening for a Drupal Architect/Team Lead.
Evolving Web specializes in creating accessible, high-impact web design and development solutions that help organizations connect with their audiences effectively. You’ll work closely with our development team of around 40 people, alongside designers, project managers, and clients to create beautiful and quality websites and apps that improve organizations and communities.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS:

  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers
  • Architect technical solutions and create documentation
  • Advise and manage teams for measurable results
  • Enhance internal design and development processes
  • Maintain ownership of project architecture and outcomes
  • Explain technical concepts and solutions to clients

SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE:

  • 5+ years of development and technical leadership experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Drupal architecture and APIs.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise projects.
  • Ability to scope projects, work with clients, and lead technical workshops.
  • Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in PHP and Drupal development.
  • Ability to mentor and train teams.
  • Experience with project management tools like Redmine or JIRA.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French (or willingness to apply if not fully proficient)
