Responsibilities:
- Cleaning production areas, equipment, warehouse, offices, and welfare spaces following established SOPs to meet GMP compliance.
- Ensuring sanitation activities are compliant with food safety and quality requirements, completing necessary paperwork.
- Adhering to safety protocols, report incidents, and promote a culture of safety.
- Participating in LEAN initiatives and Kaizen events to improve sanitation practices and operational efficiency.
- Working closely with supervisors and team members to address safety, quality, and equipment concerns promptly.
- Performing all tasks in the Dry Production matrix efficiently and accurately according to SOPs.
- Verifying that all ingredients are ready and available in the proper quantities before compounding or mixing.
- Compounding and mixing products as per manufacturing orders and instructions.
- Operating equipment such as compounding scales, mixers/blenders, pumps, hoists, forklifts, BT pallet trucks, and robotic equipment.
- Dismantling and assembling manufacturing equipment and lines according to SOPs to ensure GMP compliance and meet changeover targets.
