We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team, specializing in dry food products such as evaporated milk, tea, and other related items. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strong understanding of the food industry. As an experienced Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence within your territory.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the dry food products industry, specifically with products such as evaporated milk, tea, or similar categories. Experience with B2B sales (wholesalers, distributors, large retailers) is highly preferred.
Strong ability to generate leads, close sales, and negotiate effectively. Comfortable managing multiple accounts and working towards sales targets.
In-depth understanding of the dry food products market, including trends, distribution channels, and customer demands.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle objections and find solutions to customer needs effectively.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and build relationships.
Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other sales-related software.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Leverage in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of dry food products. Provide consultation to clients to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely product deliveries and a smooth customer experience. Communicate customer needs and market trends to drive product development and service improvements.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for dry food products, including evaporated milk, tea, and other products, by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, including wholesalers, distributors, and large retailers. Provide regular follow-up and exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Prospect for new clients, generate leads, and close sales to grow the customer base.
