DSS Finance is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the role of Contracts Manager. This unique position provides oversight and support for the department’s financial contracting process. Responsibilities:

  • The position will be responsible for managing and monitoring the financial contracting process.
  • Provide technical assistance to division staff.
  • Ensure policies, rules, and regulations are being followed.
  • Review contracts for DSS and State standards.
  • Ensure compliance with federal guidelines.
  • Review for the use of proper coding on the state’s accounting system, and other accounting functions.
  • Upload and monitor contracts on DocuSign.
  • Enter service POs to the accounting system to obligate budget authority.
