DSS Finance is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the role of Contracts Manager. Responsibilities:
- The position will be responsible for managing and monitoring the financial contracting process.
- Provide technical assistance to division staff.
- Ensure policies, rules, and regulations are being followed.
- Review contracts for DSS and State standards.
- Ensure compliance with federal guidelines.
- Review for the use of proper coding on the state’s accounting system, and other accounting functions.
- Upload and monitor contracts on DocuSign.
- Enter service POs to the accounting system to obligate budget authority.
