JOB DESCRIPTION
As an eCommerce Merchandising Specialist at Stanley, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the online shopping experience and driving growth in the EMEA markets. You are responsible for the entire website experience, ensuring that the site offers the right products and information for each audience. This includes optimizing the Shopify storefront to maximize customer engagement and conversion rates, maintaining and updating product pages to be visually appealing and SEO-optimized, highlighting our lead generation for new items, enhancing site navigation, curating category pages, and overseeing blog content. The ultimate goal is to create a seamless, customized online experience that meets the needs of every audience segment, making it easy for them to find exactly what they’re looking for.
You’ll collaborate with marketing, design, and supply chain teams to facilitate seamless product launches and promotions. This includes coordinating with creatives to ensure product descriptions and digital assets align with brand messaging and identity. You’ll also manage inventory, ensuring best-selling products are always in stock, and assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns tailored to specific market needs.
Your focus on enhancing the customer journey will involve optimizing site navigation, design, and checkout processes. By implementing strategies from the DTC manager and CRO/UX Lead, you’ll work to reduce cart abandonment and drive up the average order value through strategic bundling, cross-sells, and product recommendations.
Regular performance tracking and reporting will be part of your responsibilities, providing senior management with actionable insights to refine the merchandising strategies. It is preferred that you have a deep understanding of regional market trends and consumer behaviors to effectively adapt the offerings.
Furthermore, you will integrate Stanley’s sustainability mission into customer interactions and product pages, developing narratives that capture the interests of the eco-conscious consumer. Staying current with industry trends and eCommerce innovations will be essential, as you identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and strategies to keep Stanley competitive.
Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with various teams to ensure cohesive execution of the brand’s vision across digital platforms. Your role not only involves implementing strategic initiatives but also continuously improving the online experience, setting the stage for Stanley’s growth as a premier lifestyle brand in the EMEA region.
