WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience working in the consumer products industry
  • Knowledge of how to implement end to end retail marketing campaigns
  • Awareness of current social media trends
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Mac literate comfortable with Microsoft Teams & Outlook
  • Confident & clear communicator both internally and externally. Both written and verbal.
  • Decision maker, able to creatively problem solve to get to a solution fast.
  • Financially literate, always happy to dig into numbers from the ground up and able to navigate excel and pivot tables.
  • Storyteller, confident in building templated PowerPoint decks to showcase products, or help sales team pitch to partners
  • A reliable and adaptable member of the team. Always known to deliver what is needed on time and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

IS THIS THE ROLE FOR YOU?

The DTR coordinator supports the DTR team in delivering critical administrative support and retail marketing programmes geared towards achieving revenue goals.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

DTR support

  • Manage the distribution of key sales information to partners
  • Support in the creation of brand pitch decks as requested.
  • Draft and issue monthly Fashion e-newsletter to key partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure key partner contact and mailing lists are maintained
  • Lead & minute monthly internal regional taskforce calls
  • Support the team on ad-hoc projects

Marketing & Social

  • Deliver the Retail Marketing Plan to maximise DTR revenues
  • Build positive relationships across key retailer marketing teams to understand their marketing objectives and promotional mechanics.
  • Establish and Track KPI’s for each activity
  • Working internally with local and global social teams to integrate key products into owned and operated social media channels.
  • Implement paid social media campaigns, responsible for maintaining calendar of activity, development of creative assets and

    agreement of media buy working with appointed media agency.

Financial

  • Set up suppliers, raise purchase orders, action inter-company charges and work collaboratively internally to track monthly marketing budget.
  • Deliver quarterly wrap up reports outlining approach, reach and performance of all campaigns. Establish regular competitor reviews,

    gathering competitor retail specific activity. Competitor analysis

  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand competitor partners, products, marketing activity and retail distribution.
