• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring IT systems and infrastructure.
• Analyze and optimize business processes through IT solutions.
• Participate in data management and innovation initiatives.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Gain insights into agile project management and digital transformation.
