As our Due Diligence Review Manager, you will report to the Due Diligence Manager, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of complex due diligence, vetting and screening actions on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, you’ll contribute to training and upskilling team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Due Diligence Analyst to step up in a role that will be instrumental in navigating into the Star Remediation journey and become incorporated into our BAU activity beyond the program.
Responsibilities:
- As part of the due diligence process, effectively collate, analyse and evaluate complex information from a range of sources including commercial and open-source databases.
- Organise and coordinate training schedules to optimise learning opportunities and keep the team updated on industry advancements and best practices.
- Conduct complex due diligence in accordance with both the AML/CTF Program and the mandatory ECDD Standing Operating Procedures.
- Streamline and execute effective onboarding processes for new members, promoting a smooth integration into the team.
- Regularly review team work to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
