Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a skilled and experienced DUO Engineer to join our IT security team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DUO Security’s multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions and be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of DUO’s security suite across our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the secure access and authentication processes for our employees and systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementation: Design and deploy DUO Security’s MFA solution across the organization, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and applications.
- Configuration: Configure and customize DUO policies to align with organizational security requirements and user needs.
- User Management: Manage user enrollments, devices, and access levels within the DUO administration console.
- Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for DUO-related issues, working closely with the IT support team to resolve incidents efficiently.
- Security Monitoring: Continuously monitor DUO’s security alerts and logs to detect and respond to potential threats.
- Training: Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to educate end-users and IT staff on DUO’s features and best practices.
- Compliance: Ensure the organization’s DUO implementation meets relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
- Collaboration: Work with other IT and security teams to ensure DUO’s MFA integrates seamlessly with other security measures and platforms.
- Automation: Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and streamline DUO management processes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of DUO configurations, policies, procedures, and change logs.
