Currently, we support chats for more than 2,500 companies in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and the Netherlands. Our ambition is to become the leading provider in the global market.
We are experiencing rapid growth, and as part of this expansion, we are seeking an employee to join our Customer Success team, and that’s where you come in!

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Onboarding new Dutch customers in our system, ensuring that the chat interface aligns with their website and that our chat consultants have access to the correct information.
  • Initiating service calls to existing customers.
  • Responding to and resolving customer inquiries via email and over the phone.
  • Assisting and coaching our chat consultants to effectively handle chat interactions.
  • Addressing and resolving unplanned administrative tasks as they arise.

We don’t expect you to have prior experience in customer service, but we do expect you to possess a lot of motivation and a structured approach to your tasks. In addition, we would like you to:

  • Speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
  • Work in an organized manner, maintaining a good overview, and staying constantly updated with your customers.
  • Enjoy talking to a wide range of individuals daily. Our customer base includes various industries, from established law firms to self-employed carpenters.
  • Have a genuine enthusiasm for communication and a desire to become an expert in chat-related interactions.
  • Thrive when it comes to managing administrative responsibilities
